Jess is celebrating her 10 years at Fairfield this year, She is our director of operations and ensures our day-to-day operations run smoothly whilst maintaining the highest standards of service.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and is a big Football & F1 fan. Though her team choice is questionable, we will let her off.

Her favourite holiday destination is – Bali!
